We had been looking for a house for over 2 years and initially started working with Jersey Mortgage Company. When we finally put an offer in on a house he was amazingly patient in helping us sort through every option available to us. Kim B was fantastic in ensuring that all of our paperwork was submitted on time so that we would close on our target date. Our closing date was ambitious, but the team at Jersey Mortgage was so efficient that we were able to close in less than 6 weeks from time of offer. Jersey Mortgage and in particular Scott Simpson made acquiring a mortgage quick, simple and enjoyable.
